Penny Royal was a vintage 1955 Eichler in near original and rough condition. Despite the Eichler tradition of open concept spaces connected to the outdoors, its rooms were dark and isolated. Our challenge was to add light, space, functionality and modernity in a fashion the stayed true to the Eichler aesthetic. Once a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom in 1,513 square feet, today Penny Royal is an extremely rare 5 bedroom/4 bathroom in 2,852 square feet.
